Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may collect certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Your Account and signing in

Your Account is created by Your Organization. The Application does not allow You to create an Account yourself; You sign in with the email address and password for the Account Your Organization set up. The Application does not store Your password on Your Device.

Information You Enter in the Application

Depending on the features Your Organization uses, the information You enter in the Application may include:

Records You create are stored with Your name and user identifier, and are visible to administrators and other authorized users in Your Organization.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

The Application accesses Your camera or photo library only when You choose to attach a photo to a job, a work order or repair, or a procurement record. The photo is uploaded to the Service and stored with Your name, the file name, the file size and the date it was uploaded.

The Application may also ask for permission to show notifications, which it uses to tell You when a file You chose to download has finished downloading, and, on some versions of Android, for permission to save downloaded files to Your Device. Files You download are saved on Your Device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

The Application does not collect, use or store Your location, and it does not access Your contacts, calendar or microphone. The Application does not send push notifications.

Information Stored on Your Device

The Application stores settings and preferences for Your Organization on Your Device (for example, which features are enabled), together with any files You choose to download.

Crash and Diagnostic Data

The Application uses a third-party Service Provider to collect crash reports, error reports and performance information, so that We can find and fix problems. These reports may include the type of Device You use, its operating system version, its IP address, and information about what the Application was doing when a problem occurred, such as the screens and buttons used shortly before an error.

So that We can investigate problems affecting a particular user, these reports are associated with Your user identifier and Your email address.

Analytics

The Android version of the Application includes Google Analytics for Firebase, which automatically collects information about how the Application is used, together with device identifiers, which may include the Android advertising ID. We do not use this information to display advertising.

Checking for updates

The Application checks the Apple App Store or Google Play to see whether a newer version is available. This request includes the Application's identifier and version and basic information about Your Device.
